Chapter Vision Statement: We will be the premier resource for administrative dental professionals in the greater Richmond and surrounding areas to network and grow as innovative leaders. As an extension of the nationally recognized organization, AADOM, we will provide relevant, high-quality continuing education in a collaborative and encouraging environment.

Chapter Mission Statement: The RVA Chapter is committed to providing professional development and continuing education opportunities to dental office managers and dental administrative professionals. We will create an environment where members can come together to share ideas, network and empower each other to foster a new level of excellence and professionalism in the local dental community. We will serve as a resource for each other to discuss trends and challenges that arise in the dental practice in an environment that is supportive and stimulating.
